1. General Return Policy
a. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
b. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
c. Items should be returned in their original packaging or in a secure package to prevent damage during shipping.
2. Return Process
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
b. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refund Policy
a. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
b. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchange Policy

c. If the item you are exchanging for is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide a store credit.
5. Wrong Size Returns
a. If you received an item that does not fit, you may return it for an exchange to a different size within 30 days of purchase.
b. We recommend consulting our sizing chart before making a purchase to minimize the need for exchanges due to size.
c. We offer one free size exchange per item. Subsequent size exchanges may be subject to a shipping fee.
d. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a size exchange.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
a. We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
b. We will provide a return label for defective or damaged items. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund.
c. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.
7. Incorrect Items
a. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
b. We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Please return it in its original condition and packaging.
8. Non-Returnable Items
a. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
b. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
c. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
9. Refunds for Gift Purchases
